2. DATE AND PLACE OF RACES (first round)

Sunday, October 17 and Optimist Open Regatta and multihulls.
Sunday, November 21 and Optimist Open Regatta and multihulls. Sunday, December 19
Optimist Regatta and Open and multihulls.
The departure time of the first race will be at 12:00 and 12:05 for the Optimist Open and for multihulls.
The races will take place in the water in front of the headquarters of 1-Rowing Sailing Club C. Cusinato CEO of Terracina.
The ranking will be established on the basis of all evidence that will be made, with the ability to discard a trial if you make a minimum of 4 races.

3. REGULATIONS

The races will be the following regulations:

4. CLASSES ELIGIBLE

all leads and multihulls for the open class, plus the Optimist class.



5. REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENTATION

 FIV card valid for the current year, endorsed the requirement for the health requirements.  Insurance
R / C (Civil Liability against third parties) as required by FIV (€ 1.000.000,00).
The documents must be submitted in original to the Secretary to the Organising Committees.


6. REGISTRATION

Submissions will be accepted from 9 am to 12 noon on race day at the Secretary of the Club organization. The single day registration fee is € 15 per person crew. In case of registration € 40 for the entire championship first round € 70 for the championship. Payment must be made at the time of validation of registration.


7.

SAILING INSTRUCTIONS The sailing instructions will be available from 10 hours each day at the Secretary or head of the Working Derive Organizers.


8. SCORES

minimum score will be applied (Appendix "A" of the RRS).
The ratings of the various boats will be adjusted by applying the system of compensation provided by the numbers of Portsmouth (RYA Portsmouth Yardstick Number List 2010), where not possible, the committee will assign one at its own discretion.


9.

AWARDS The awards ceremony will take place at the reopening of the summer home at the end of the season.

10. HOME
